CleanAIR® Chemical 2F
The new generation of powered air purifying respirator filtrates contaminants in the form of gases, vapours, particles and their combinations. Despite its compact size and light weight, the Chemical 2F unit has high mechanical, chemical and UV resistance. The construction of the unit allows easy decontamination in a shower thanks to Ingress Protection IP65. The unique automatic closing system prevents unwanted contamination of the unit by particles while the filters are being changed. A full colour display clearly shows all the relevant information.

The most versatile and durable respirator is newly available in ATEX version which can be used in potentiallly explosive atmospheres.

CleanAIR® Chemical 3F

CleanAIR® Pressure
CleanAIR® Pressure is the basic version of an airline system which can regulate the amount of the supplied air and keeps it on a constant level regardless of any changes to inlet pressure (the inlet pressure has to be between 0,4 – 1 Mpa).

In combination with the Shigematsu GX02 full face mask and P R SL filter with two threads CleanAIR® Pressure For Mask represents the highest level of protection for working in particularly toxic environments for a long period.
CleanAIR® D-Bug
CleanAIR® D-BUG offers its users a choice of particle or combined filters on a lightweight powered air purifying respirator mountable directly on the full face mask. This solution offers respiratory and face protection against harmful particles, gases or vapours. The system offers two options of wearing: for maximal freedom of movement it can be attached directly to the full face mask or for minimal weight carried on the head it can be placed on the belt using a hose and a special adaptor supplied with the respirator.

Short hood CA-1
A short protective hood which provides protection of the breathing airways and saves the user´s face from splashing. The comfortable and adjustable headband (the head circumference and height are adjustable on three levels) ensures excellent comfort for the wearer. The size of the hood can be adjusted at the back of the neck and on the side of the face. The wide panoramic visor enables good orientation and has a special anti-fog coating.
Long hood CA-2
This light extended hood combines the protection of the breathing airways with the protection of the face, head, neck and shoulders against splashing. Comfortable and adjustable headband (the head circumference and height are adjustable on three levels) ensures excellent wearer comfort. The size of the hood can be adjusted at the sides. The wide panoramic visor enables good orientation and has a special anti-fog coating. The hood is also available in a chemical resistant version with taped seams and can be decontaminated.
Universal hood CA-10
A hood with a double sealing line (around the face and neck) ensures improved respiratory protection (TH3) combined with the protection fo the user´s face, head and neck against splashing. The adjustable headband brings perfect fitting (the head circumference and height are adjustable on three levels). The size of the hood is adjustable as well. The wide panoramic visor enables a good orientation and has a special anti-fog coating. The hood is also available in a chemically resistant version with taped seams and can be decontaminated.

Full face mask Shigematsu GX02
The full face mask Shigematsu GX02 uses a double seal flange which provides a maximum security seal while keeping a high level of comfort for the wearer. The mask is made of high-quality silicone which guarantees high resistance and a long operation life. It is fitted with a standard connection thread RD40x1/7“ according to EN 148-1 and thus enables using a wide range of canister filters and powered air purifying systems CleanAIR®.
Full face mask Shigematsu CF02
It is a new lightweight mask with a superior spherical visor. This design feature eliminates distortion and provides a clear and broad field of vision. The mask is made of high-quality Styrene TPE which guarantees high resistance and a long operation life. The mask is fitted with a standard connection thread RD40x1/7“ according to EN 148-1 and thus enables using a wide range of canister filters and powered air purifying systems CleanAIR®.
Half mask CA-5
This universal single filter half mask with connection thread RD40×1/7“ according to EN 148-1 is made of a resistant thermoplastic elastomer and has a four-point head harness which ensures comfortable and safe fitting. Its 40 mm connection thread can be used with certified canister filters weighing less than 300 g or CleanAIR® powered air purifying respirators.
