Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed riziko pro zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m kontaktu s t\u011blem \u010dlov\u011bka. \u0160kodliviny mohou vniknout do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby: po\u017eit\u00edm (\u00fasty), absorpc\u00ed (k\u016f\u017e\u00ed nebo o\u010dima) a vdechnut\u00edm (pl\u00edce).<\/p>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem vniknut\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161iny \u0161kodlivin do t\u011bla je vdechnut\u00edm. To znamen\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad vdechnut\u00ed prachu, v\u00fdpar\u016f, olejov\u00e9 mlhy a v\u00fdpar\u016f z rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel a r\u016fzn\u00fdch plyn\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Abychom l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bli, jak mohou \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky vdechnut\u00edm vniknout do t\u011bla, pod\u00edvejme se bl\u00ed\u017ee na d\u00fdchac\u00ed proces. Kdykoli se nadechnete, nas\u00e1van\u00fd vzduch se dostane do t\u011bla \u00fasty a nosem a pokra\u010duje do pr\u016fdu\u0161nice a do plic. Ozna\u010dujeme je jako <strong>prach<\/strong>, <strong>v\u00fdpary<\/strong> a <strong>kou\u0159<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prach<\/strong> je polydisperzn\u00ed pevn\u00fd aerosol *, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed organick\u00fdch a anorganick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Pevn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice mohou b\u00fdt miner\u00e1ln\u00ed, kovov\u00e9, uheln\u00e9, d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 \u010di rostlinn\u00e9, stejn\u011b jako vl\u00e1kna. Obvykle jsou natolik t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, \u017ee pomalu klesaj\u00ed k zemi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdpary<\/strong> jsou velmi mal\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice pevn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 mohou z\u016fstat ve vzduchu. Obvykle se vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed, kdy\u017e se oh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd kov odpa\u0159\u00ed a pak kondenzuje zp\u011bt do pevn\u00e9 formy. K tomuto procesu doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159i sva\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u00e1jen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kou\u0159<\/strong> je tvo\u0159en mal\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1sticemi produkovan\u00fdmi ne\u00fapln\u00fdm spalov\u00e1n\u00edm jak\u00e9hokoli materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd obsahuje uhl\u00edk. Kou\u0159 \u010dasto vznik\u00e1 p\u0159i procesech, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vysokou teplotu \u010di ho\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>(* AEROSOL \u2013 l\u00e1tka sest\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed se z velmi jemn\u00fdch pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic nebo kapi\u010dek kapaliny suspendovan\u00fdch v plynu.)<\/p>\n<h4>Plyny a p\u00e1ry<\/h4>\n<p>Chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky na pracovi\u0161ti se mohou dostat do vzduchu r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, nej\u010dast\u011bji odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm. Organick\u00e1 rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla, jako je toluen, methylethylketon (MEK) nebo alkoholy, se obecn\u011b odpa\u0159uj\u00ed rychleji ne\u017e voda, kyseliny nebo \u017e\u00edraviny, i kdy\u017e tomu tak nen\u00ed v\u017edy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plyny<\/strong> jsou l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 jsou ve vzdu\u0161n\u00e9m skupenstv\u00ed p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b. Plyny mohou zap\u00e1chat, ale nen\u00ed to pravidlo! N\u011bkter\u00e9 plyny mohou b\u00fdt viditeln\u00e9, jin\u00e9 ne. Mohou b\u00fdt t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed nebo leh\u010d\u00ed ne\u017e vzduch, ale v ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se mohou \u0161\u00ed\u0159it nepozorovan\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e1ry<\/strong> jsou l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159i odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed pevn\u00fdch nebo kapaln\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. L\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 se snadno odpa\u0159uj\u00ed p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b, zahrnuj\u00ed \u0159edidla nebo rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla.<\/p>\n<h2>Zdravotn\u00ed rizika zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 vzdu\u0161n\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1sticemi<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud jsou pl\u00edce vystaveny vysok\u00fdm koncentrac\u00edm prachu, toxick\u00fdm v\u00fdpar\u016fm, cigaretov\u00e9mu kou\u0159i atd., m\u016f\u017ee se lidsk\u00fd filtra\u010dn\u00ed mechanismus p\u0159et\u00ed\u017eit a po\u0161kodit. Jakmile dojde k po\u0161kozen\u00ed, mohou se do plic dostat r\u016fzn\u00e9 bakterie nebo viry, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje infekci, jako je pneumonie. Filtra\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m v nosu a \u00fastech zabra\u0148uje vnik\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00fdch ciz\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stic (jako hrub\u00fd prach) do t\u011bla, kde mohou zp\u016fsobit zdravotn\u00ed rizika.<\/p>\n<p>Nevdechuteln\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice (obvykle p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed 100 \u03bcm) mohou b\u00fdt z d\u00fdchac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu odfiltrov\u00e1ny horn\u00edm respira\u010dn\u00edm traktem (\u00fasta, nos, pr\u016fdu\u0161nice)<\/p>\n<p><b>Vdechnuteln\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice<\/b>\u00a0men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 10 \u03bcm je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 zachyt\u00e1vat. Mohou se dostat do jemn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed plic, kde zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 respira\u010dn\u00ed probl\u00e9my. Jak daleko se \u010d\u00e1stice dostanou z\u00e1vis\u00ed na jejich velikosti &#8211; \u010d\u00edm jsou men\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm jsou \u0161kodliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Zdravotn\u00ed rizika zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 plyny a v\u00fdpary<\/h2>\n<p>Plyny a v\u00fdpary se mohou tak\u00e9 dostat do t\u011bla d\u00fdchac\u00edm syst\u00e9mem. N\u011bkter\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie maj\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na pl\u00edce, jin\u00e9 jsou absorbov\u00e1ny do krevn\u00edho \u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b a mohou po\u0161kodit r\u016fzn\u00e9 org\u00e1ny. N\u011bkter\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, jako je \u010dpavek, chlor, sva\u0159ovac\u00ed v\u00fdpary a v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny, mohou p\u0159i inhalaci zp\u016fsobit lok\u00e1ln\u00ed podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed plic.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky se mohou vyskytnout v krvi, pokud je l\u00e1tka absorbov\u00e1na do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu a je ulo\u017eena v org\u00e1nech (kosti a mozek), neutralizuj\u00ed (j\u00e1tra) nebo je odstra\u0148uj\u00ed z t\u011blo (jako ledviny a mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159).Typick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mov\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkem v krvi je an\u00e9mie (nedostatek \u010derven\u00fdch krvinek), kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobena \u0159adou chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b olova, berylia, kadmia, slou\u010denin rtuti a benzenu. Benzen m\u016f\u017ee po\u0161kodit bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed krev, co\u017e vede k leuk\u00e9mi\u00edm. J\u00e1tra mohou b\u00fdt po\u0161kozena toxick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami, proto\u017ee se pokus\u00ed rozb\u00edt mnoho z nich, jakmile vstoup\u00ed do t\u011bla. N\u011bkter\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie, o nich\u017e je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee po\u0161kozuj\u00ed j\u00e1tra, jsou: benzen, DDT, dioxan, fenol a trichlorethylen. Monomern\u00ed vinylchlorid pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd v pr\u016fmyslu plast\u016f je zn\u00e1m\u00fd t\u00edm, \u017ee zp\u016fsobuje vz\u00e1cnou formu rakoviny jater. Ledviny a mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159 mohou b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 ovlivn\u011bny, proto\u017ee zde proch\u00e1z\u00ed toxick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky z t\u011bla ven.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Akutn\u00ed efekty<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Akutn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky jsou obvykle okam\u017eit\u00e9, kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 reakce na vystaven\u00ed l\u00e1tce. Mohou b\u00fdt lokalizov\u00e1ny do jedn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla nebo mohou b\u00fdt systemick\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Chronic effects<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Akutn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky jsou obvykle okam\u017eit\u00e9, z\u0159ejm\u00e9 kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 reakce na vystaven\u00ed riziku.
